My preference
They always answer the phone and try to sort out any issues. I have called several times with different problems and they explain clearly. I have other trading accounts, and thought about closing Spreadex. I think for me personally it’s the better one. I have a retail account. I’ve found over the years the sight is getting much better with more information, I like the indicators and charts. I have recommended them to friends because I’ve found them a good a beginner account for small deposits and easy and user friendly.

Highly recommended
Spreadex provide a comprehensive but easy to use trading platform.

I thought Companies and Organisastions…
I thought Companies and Organisastions like Spreadex Trading were legally obliged to offer UNSUBSCRIBE options to the people they deluge with unwanted e.mails ! Not Spreadex they are obviously above the Law because you simply cannot stop these unwanted e.mails.I dont even know who they are.Tried sending them e.mails to STOP but to no avail.

Proactive help
There was a trading error which caused closure of my trade instantly and made a loss. Was disappointed when it happened.
But Joanna Diep called me and fix the issue instantly and I got my money back.

Easy to use.
A good company for Spread Betting as easy to use. Has a good range of smaller companies to use which some other Apps don't allow to net in. Overall 1 of the better companies out there.

Dealing error
Made a dealing error where I dealt in much bigger size than intended, Spreadex very kindly cancelled the trade for me, I doubt some of the bigger players would have done the same.
Ironically had I said nothing the trade would currently be 20k in profit but that’s life.
