Great experience with them. Rapid response. Just a little slow on the disbursement as had to wait for investors. But really worth the wait. Monthly repayment is affordable. Thank you so much for helping me with my financial needs. When I was looking for investors I didn't find anyone and I also got rejected by the bank before as well as recently. Finclub was a life saver. 🙏🏼

Finclub has really improved during the…
Finclub has really improved during the last 2 years.
It's a better place to apply for a quick loan. They are reliable and fast regading procedures.
However, i believed that they need to inproved regarding the disbursement procedures.
Funding of loans are done within 48 hours but the disbursement takes place 4 days post the funding which is quit long and inconvenient compared to banks where disbursement takes place within 24hours.
Grateful if they could work on this.
A big thanks to Veelasha and her team for their amazing help.

Regarding the disbursement process, while we understand the frustration with the time it takes for the funds to reach your account after loan approval. However, unlike traditional banks, where the institution funds the loans, FinClub operates on a peer to peer lending model, where lenders (investors) fund your loan. In compliance with the Financial Services Commission's regulations, we must provide a 2-business-day cooling-off period for lenders after the funding is completed.
This regulatory step is designed to ensure that all parties have a final review before disbursement, and while it does add some time to the process, it is essential for transparency and security.
That said, we are continuously looking for ways to optimise our processes, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve.

Big improvement since 2 years
Big improvement since 2 years! Used to take nearly 1 month to get funded, this time it took only a couple of hours!
Great service from the team as soon as the application is posted, a special mention to Veelasha.
Only thing is that the interest rate is higher than the banks but offfers a different perspective.
