What a professional and compassionate company that assists in providing templates as well as providing stellar detailed appeals for patients dealing with insurance company denials. This company does the research and compiles the data with your medical records as applicable to provide an appeal document that has a very good chance of approval. Their comprehensive and detailed approach utilizing medical records and terminology is consistent with striving for a virtually undeniable approval. A truly valuable resource.

I found the site to be very resourceful; however, it is missing some important and relevant information. Wegovy received FDA approval for the MASH indication in August 2025, but this update is not reflected under the Wegovy PA/Appeal section. In contrast, the site does include information on the Wegovy tablets, which were FDA approved in December 2025. I understand the site is updated quarterly, so I hope the upcoming update will incorporate the MASH/NASH indication as well.

I felt so supported by Honest Care so much better than having done this on my own. I feel like they helped set me up for success. I submitted 2 appeals and now under review with an external appeal. They replied quickly anytime I had questions and were so nice and helpful. I know I tried my best and will look at other options of this last resort doesn’t work out.

Honest Care went above and beyond to help me write a winning appeal for Tirzepatide for obesity and OSA. I was denied Zepbound but got Mounjaro “off label” (no T2 diabetes). It took an extraordinary amount of co-ordinated effort on everyone’s part, including my physician, and it was well worth it.

I really appreciate everything that Honest Care has done to help me prepare my appeal to my insurance for medication. Yes, I could have done the appeal letter myself, but I’m glad I didn't because the professional letter and the supporting document that were compiled on my behalf from my pertinent medical records was what pushed this to be approved fast. Doctors doing these appeals for the insurance companies do not have the time to dig through a large medical record to find the supporting information, so having the timeline of supporting information was super important I feel. Otherwise, I would have been in limbo for them trying to contact my provider for supporting documentation.
