Trust me... do not trust them.
It happened six months ago.
I booked a medium van for a 1-bedroom flat (fortunately I moved to another flat located in the same city, about 2 miles from the flat I was leaving).
FindMyManandVan contacted me because the van that was supposed to help broke down. but, they notified me 'we found you a new one'; so it didn't really matter.
The 'new man' contacted me the day before, saying something along those lines 'are you sure you want me to help? my van is small so you'll need to pay more as we might do several trips'. inasmuch as I was busy with many other things (eg cleaning) I was naïve enough to respond 'well, surely since you must have the list of all my stuff I need to shift, I guess the company you work for knows that it is a 1 bedroom flat. if a second trip is required, so be it. I'll pay, of course'.
when the van arrived, oh my, words failed me. it would have been much too small for my student bedsit. The driver realised that there was a mistake: no less than four or five trips would have been necessary (I still have the pictures with me, it is too bad I cannot upload them - I may try on another platform). I called the clerk/manager at FindMyVan (I cannot remember his name). I managed to stay calm as I explained him the situation - 'you dispatched the wrong van (obviously so) whilst I am supposed to give the keys back tonight'
And... the man (on the phone) didn't apologise on behalf of his firm. no fear. He calmly answered 'no no, it is well and truly a van for a 1 bedroom flat.' (he told me this as the small van was just before me)' it was your fault you should have opted for the larger option. today there's no one else available. maybe tomorrow.'
it was extremely stressful - honestly if he had admitted to his mistake and held accountable it wouldn't have been so stressful but such a display of bad faith... but it most certainly does not have to be that way, ladies and gentlemen.
eventually, as I was positively in a hurry, I booked a larger van from the same company (it was indeed ridiculously large - but they assuredly did a good job).
So, that is the point of my review. luck of the draw, you might decidedly get a good service. or not. but it is not the point. The point is that a customer, any customer, must feel that the service provider is someone you can trust. And it is definitely not the case with that company. Absolutely untrustworthy.

Additional journeys may be necessary if the quantity of items surpasses what can be safely accommodated in the van, or if the maximum legal weight limit is exceeded. These extra trips demand additional time, travel effort, personnel, fuel consumption, and can lead to increased wear on the vehicle.
Consequently, they incur charges. This information along with applicable rates is transparently displayed on your booking receipt as well as in our Frequently Asked Questions section on our website.
We do also clearly state that it is your responsibility to ensure that the items in your booked inventory fall within the legal weight and volume limits of the booked moving van. Unfortunately as you have not provided any information regarding your booking with us so we are unable to investigate into what was booked and what arrived.

Late, but palatable
Man with Van arrived half an hour later than they said, with no other explaination other than ‘traffic’ (at midday on a weekday). Meant a sofa had to be moved in the rain. Also did not seem to know what was being moved/have looked at/been sent any of the info I filled out. Otherwise fine, stuff got from place to place with little trouble.

Him, this is a good company to work for, if you’re a driver with a van. I asked him about whether he has worked with the competitor of this company, which is Any Van, and he said they take particularly for new drivers a huge cut from what they charge the customers and they are very overpriced but apparently this company is a lot more fair. So I’m happy to provide that in my review here.
