Recently booked a trip for me and my partner. We did choose a few companies to go to Krakow in a few months. Lilly from find my trip was very helpful and extremely polite. Lilly answered all of our questions promptly and professionally. It was so easy to book and cheaper then other companies. We can contact her on all occasions if we need help and advice in the future. I sent off my initial inquiry and got a reply back within minutes, I told Kyle when and where I wanted to go and straight away I got a list of the best flight times and prices hotels in the areas I wanted to go to and even the train details to get between hotels, unfortunately with the climate the way it is at the moment when I told my partner I was planning a suprise trip away he wasn't very keen, however I would have been more than confident to go with the travel plans I was given and would definitely use this system the next time I go on holiday.
