Missing items and no refund or customer service
I ordered 4 packs of things for jewellery making directly from the website rather than going through Etsy or Amazon. I placed the order mid August and still hadn't received anything 2 weeks later. Their website says 3 days for delivery, or they'll inform you if an item is out of stock and they're waiting for it to come in before sending the order out. I've never received any communication from them despite multiple emails.
After my first email at the end of August they shipped out part of my order the next day so I assume they did receive the email. Since then I've still not received two of the items I ordered, I've had no responses to my multiple requests for updates or for a refund.
The total cost of the missing items is only a few pounds but they need to refund it if they cannot fulfil the order. I would advise avoiding this site!
