The owners bent over backwards to work with us. First, I hadn't realized the office hours and arrived with our 20' Uhaul to find the office closed. I called and they came back and opened up so that we were able to get our unit. (And they had to drive 20 min. to get there.) Second, when we discovered our original size unit wasn't large enough they were able to accommodate us. Third, after we discovered the swing door used too much space they were able to let us change units AND had to make another trip back. Very personable and easy to deal with.

Good people, very professional. Just wish they had told me extra insurance is mandatory otherwise happy with everything

They found me a cheap storage unit in less than 5 minuets.

I found a good price for a small (5 x 5) unit on the web site for my daughter's college goods but it wouldn't let me make a reservation for May 10th when I needed it. I called and was told that I had to take the unit and start paying within 2 days because it was available on April 26th but not May 10th. I made the reservation and was told that my daughter needed to go and pay the first month's rent on the 26th. When she arrived during posted business hours no one answered. I called Find Storage Fast and was told that the reservation was invalid and would have to make a new one and return on the 27th to pay. I was told to let them know before arriving so they could call the storage facility. When I called the next day I was put on hold and the call dropped. Thankfully I was able to call the local facility directly myself. Overall I would have been better off calling the storage facility directly myself.
