I contacted the Healthy Place via text regarding status of my order. Ryan responded to my inquiry as to when I could expect delivery of the order. I was impressed with how quickly Ryan provided the information. I presented Ryan with another question which necessitated Ryan contacting the Inventory Dept. Again, Ryan provided the answer to my question quickly. Ryan is an asset to your team. Thank you for Ryan!!!!

Great outcome
In the beginning I was disappointed with how a discount was handled but after speaking to Tim about it I was taken care of very well. I have always been pleased with all my purchases and now I’m very very happy with the customer service that was provided. Certainly will continue shopping with the Healthy Place 😁

I am so sorry about this misunderstanding. After I talked with the consultant that connected with you I found out that he did not understand that he could give a partial refund. Our website and brick and mortars are two different systems and he is newer with our company.
No harm meant and I would like to refund your order the $15 and then an extra $5 as a small token of my appreciation for this situation. I would be frustrated too! This TLC thyroid pills has been wonderful for me. I started in January of this year after seeing calcium deposits over my thyroid through x-rays. I got some recommendation and this company was one of them. It was keep me calmer and more focused. I have enjoyed talking with the help support and their thoughts to help me along. Quick shipping.
Edited 09/15/21: Now that I have been using CuraMed for a couple of weeks I am amazed. Even the first day I could tell the difference. It has taken my pain level lower. I can do more things which equals a better weight loss. I LOVE IT! I will be purchasing others and I will buy CuraMed again.
