This is one of the most amazing tools any animator can have - it will allow one man shops to have as many actors as is needed, male or female, with as many different accents as needed. I can't imagine anyone doing animation not to have this tool (and it's great for other things as well - anywhere you need to generate a voice from text, or alter your own this is the tool for it).
