I didn't understand what the information was about at all. It was formulaic and uninteresting. It was a waste of resources.

During the discussion about setting up my account, they asked me to enable access through remote access software. Are you serious? I don't fall for that kind of scam. After that, I ended the conversation.

I couldn't contact the mentors when I needed it urgently. After registration, you are left alone with the platform. This is not ok.
