I still have not received the product!! I never got it. You charged me immediately but the you never delivered the product Would you please send it to me at this time

NEVER RECEIVED. It’s been 2 weeks since I placed my order. No notice of shipment, no response to enquiry email. Poor customer service. Unless I receive my order and/or response, I will not be a returning customer.

The online phone number never have anyone answer. My order wasn’t showing on my online account until I called and the products took over a month to be received but no communication advising about the delay until I called.

I order a product back in aug and it still has not arrived.

How can you ask how my experience was when I ordered product on December 8th and on December 21st I still haven't received anything? The only experience that I've had so far is that money has been paid with no product delivered.

Bad experience. Waste my time waiting for order and phone calls.

You had everything I needed but it wouldn’t get to me when I needed it cause I was going away so I had to cancel order. That was expedited which I was grateful for. I will be ordering again soon

Made order 11/252022. Got order confirmation by email. No tracking number even as I write this on 12/15/2022. Got partial order on 12/09/2022. Have no idea if the full order will ever be fulfilled?

They use to be great. Items shipped out and received within 2 days. They would email if delayed and ship out separate packages.

My order from two weeks ago has yet to be shipped. I had to follow up with them they said they’d mail out a partial shipment - that was almost a week ago - still no shipping notice.

They said delays due to Black Friday sales but I ordered a few days before then and should have received the items prior to Black Friday.

Very disappointed.

I love Finlandia and the product options, but the communication on delivery timelines isn’t great. If I come pick up most of my order while the other items are still coming in, that would be so much better.

Apparently at least one of three items I ordered is not in stock and I have not been advised when they might be, or if one or two of the items can be picked up.

I received my parcel yesterday, a week after ordering.
The day before i did receive a notice that it was delayed, however it would have been nice to have that notification sooner.

In the first place, I am so grateful to not have to make the 45 minute to 1 hour trip into Vancouver when I need something from Finlandia. Their products are of the finest quality and are always trustworthy in giving desired results.

I first spoke to someone from the Finlandia Online Dept. because I was having trouble using a code at the "check out" and they answered my question promptly and professionally. Solved the problem and placed my order right away and received it within 2 or 3 days.
I am totally happy with my experience with them.

I placed an online order Nov 25. Zero updates on my order after calling three times, being told my order was in progress and to wait another few days. I finally spoke to someone who said the item is not in stock and will not be for another 2-3 weeks. Why have an item on your website if you cannot stock it? Very disappointed.
