My order still hasn’t been dispatched after almost seven weeks, and I never received a tracking number. Communication has been extremely slow and incomplete—mostly automated replies, and only later I was told the order hadn’t transferred properly between their systems. Even after confirming my address again, there was no concrete update or progress. Overall, the order processing feels unreliable and the customer service response time is unacceptable.

Although the logistics and delivery to norway is not very smooth, because they use UPS which is not very good here in Norway. Updates are not very synchronising with customer end, I need to pay very much attention to follow up my delivery. The product are classy, quality is premium, price are friendly. I hope some day, they can use DHL.
