Still waiting for my product I ordered on the 5th of March. It is now the 10th of April not one single word from these people after many emails rubbish company do not buy from me. I’m just going to get a refund and never use this company again.

Scam! They take your money and do not respond

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!

I ordered a dress and paid 127 EUR, it looked beautiful on the website, it took a really long time to arrive and when it came I was shocked by the poor quality of the dress! It was INCREDIBLY BAD MADE. The quality of the fabric is terrible, the seams of the dress are horrible, very very poorly made. And I contacted them asking for a refund and they have not answered any of my e-mails. THERE'S NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - SO DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! IT'S A SCAM!

I’m really not the type of person to write these kind of reviews but I don't know how is it possible that they do this to their customers, bad people.

Not even remotely close to the pictures. Terrible paper thin material and no shape. Lost money

I've ordered a corset, after 3 weeks of waiting I definitely didn't expect to see this kinda quality item. It's totally different than at the photo, different material, it is soooo asymmetric. And you should have at least 3 size of bust to wear it which I wasn't blessed with. I'm requesting 2 weeks already for return, but guess what? Right. Zero answer. It was only 40 euro, but for something that I'll never use it is the same as just throwing it away. Sad.
Btw. As I understood, photo's were just stolen somewhere. Just try to make screenshot and search on Google, after that everything becomes clear.

If I could give them ZERO STARS I WOULD! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! False advertising on Instagram! The dress I received was not even close to what I ordered! Total wanna be knock-off from China! Absolutely TERRIBLE!

Took a month to receive my order annnnd they only offer a store credit no refunds! The dress was SO BAD i dont even want a store credit! They should not be allowed to sell in the US!

Worst website ever. Scammed out of 75 euro sent many messages etc to no response.still hasn't arrived. Stay away from this website it's run by scam

No item after seven weeks.

Purchased from website on February 4th and still received the dress I ordered. The order number doesn’t exist and no reply from the contact page. Tried the web chat but no useful reply either. Website is a scam, do not use it.

I ordered a dress 4 weeks ago have received nothing. Have emailed customer service no response. Tracking number does not exist. This company is a scam do not buy from them

Absolute rip off. The dress arrived today, I have better quality dish cloths for 100 euro, disgusted with the service and the quality DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I will try and get a refund d but won't hold my breath

Over one month and no item. The tracking number doesn’t work and nobody is replying to my emails.

Edit: it took a month to come and it is such bad quality I can’t even wear it. I see no way to return it. This website is a SCAM

Recieved a wrong product in the wrong size -> contacted customer service via email, no answer for days -> contacted their websites chat and they tell me to resend the email ( twice on different days) -> no answer. The product was also super cheap quality, straight from china.

The dresses I ordered finally arrived after 3 weeks.
I was in complete shock the dresses were stuffed in a plastic bag and the quality of the dresses are awful (nothing like the pictures) I even received a completely different dress to the one I ordered, I followed this with an email, as stated on their website, incorrect orders received will be fully refunded - yet still haven’t received any communication or refund.
I feel I have been completely robbed, this company is a complete scam.
They use photos from other websites, surely copyright.
Do not order from this website!!

They are straight off ripping of Nadine Mehrabi. I mean they are using their pictures, item descriptions- the whole lot! So, inevitably item not as described at all and poor quality. I bought a sequins dress. There’s not a sequin to be seen on what I received.

Shocking quality garment, paid £60, the item looks like it’s from Ali Express/Shein. It took over 3 weeks to arrive shipped direct from China, the item is unbranded and cheap and packaged in a plastic bag.
I tried to liaise with customer service to get a return, they aren’t replying, the label I was sent is for Brazil, the return postage for which id have to cover was £22!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I have not received my order yet after 1 month of waiting. Costumer service is not responding. I believe I have been scammed.

Fiorefiness is a SCAM, do not buy anything from them!!! Really poor quality and not at all as shown in the picture. The same with the size! Customer service is as bad and no one is answering the questions or helping me with the return.
