We recently instructed this company to carry out a Fire Risk Assessment for our commercial premises, and the service was outstanding from start to finish.
The assessor was professional, knowledgeable and extremely thorough, taking the time to explain the findings and answer any questions we had. The report was clear, well structured and easy to understand, with practical recommendations that were prioritised, making it straightforward for us to create an action plan.
Communication throughout the process was excellent, the assessment was completed promptly, and the report was delivered quickly. It gave us confidence that we understand our responsibilities and the steps needed to ensure our premises remain safe and compliant.
I would highly recommend them to any business looking for a professional, reliable and knowledgeable fire risk assessment service.
