Great service. Easy to install.

Swift response to issue with missing alarm from order. Could not fault the service and support in rectifying it even when replacement went missing in transit (not fault of Firelink). Chloe was extremely helpful from start to finish. Alarms were of good quality and easy to install.

Excellent all round service, fast delivery and quick easy set up.

Went on to the website showing how to set up alarms and found it easy to follow.

Used the adhesive pads to stick the devices to the ceiling. Every one fell down! The first one fell after 1 1/2 hours, the longest lasting was 8 hours! Absolutely ridiculous, especially considering the price. The adhesive pads aren’t fit for purpose, don’t even risk them. Useless having a disclaimer saying they might not stick to every surface when they don’t stick to any surface!

The service was excellent and the alarms are easy to set up. However I think the company should remove the two sided "sticky" option for sticking the smoke alarms to the ceiling. There is a disclaimer included, acknowledging that the option to simply stick the alarm to a ceiling may not be suitable for all surfaces. However my experience is that it was not suitable for any surface and as a result I have had to replace several alarms. Better to remove this option so that users simply screw the alarm to the ceiling.

i pondered about them, the ni ordered them, then they sent me my package.. woww, big i thot..? ohhhno.. they sent me 4 .. i said i have 2 now.. older battery ones.. one a the bottom of the steps an one at the top.. so now i ponder once more.. 2 more..? okay.. one in the kitchen between over-head light an the cooker..? an one at the 'porch' called the back door room.. ? hmm so they know more than me.. haha thank God for that.. my under stairs shelves are not for normal people.. i have bot 2 new metals sets of shelving an filled them an one half one along the very under stairs.. lol thank you FIRELINK DIRECT.. helena macrae

Although the alarms are work fine, the delivery is terrible. It took 3 weeks to get my alarms so don’t believe next day delivery.
