Easy to order. Good value for money and fast delivery. Everything worked as per instructions. Only minor quibble would be the size of the fixing screws which need to be a bit bigger to grip on the supplied rawlplugs.

Website was easy to use and order was delivered within a couple of days. Alarms are very well designed and straightforward to install, particularly with the aid of the video. The only minor and hopefully constructive criticism is that at the time of ordering it would have been comforting to have been given an indication of the delivery date but all in all I am delighted with the product.

Very efficient service. Alarms are simple to set up but the back of the units are a bit fiddly to get back on.

Interlinking of smoke alarms was easy as per the instructions.
One point to note - the Carbon Monoxide detector was not interlink-able, even after checking with them. It just isn't.

Alarms arrived 2 days after dispatch. Recommended by a family member. Good design. Easy to link and test.

Fairly easy to set up, however it tells you in the instructions that the red light flashes when set up . It's actually a green light that flashes. We had to phone the company and they confirmed it was a mistake in the instruction manual.

Simple to install and link, comes with 3m double sided adhesives making installation even easier. Screw and rawplug also supplied. Was unboxed with install and setup complete in under 20mins. House now compliant and home insurance valid.

Can’t fault a second of the dealings I had with firelink, Utter perfection from the very beginning.

I ordered smoke alarms, heat alarm and carbon monoxide alarm. They arrived after about a week, and before opening the box it was beeping. One of the alarms was going off.
On setting up I reset them and hoped the alarm wasn't faulty. Unfortunately I couldn't get the hand control to link them, it appeared to be faulty.
I wrote to Firelink Direct and they responded very quickly, which I thought was great. However they suggested I send the alarms back, it seems at my expense, and they would see if they could repair them.
I was astounded that I have bought new alarms, not used, straight out of the box, may have been faulty, and their first thought is not to replace at their expense, but to repair.
I experimented some more with the main problem, which seemed to be the remote control, which wouldn't successfully interconnect the alarms. It turns out you don't need the remote to connect them, so people could save themselves some money by not buying one. It's not something you're going to use often anyway. The company don't make this clear on the website, where it guides you into purchasing one when you answer their questions.
I got the alarms linked and so far the one that beeped in the box seems to be okay.
Overall I am happy to have the alarms up and working, but not thrilled at all with the company policy of expecting customers to pay to return new items for repair.
