10x Crystal capes 4000 puffs. Three leaked inside packaging, one didn't work, and the rest all, ALL, burnt after a day of use.

Returned policy is atrocious. Expected me to try all on 2 days to see if they weren't any good or no refund. No help whatsoever.

Waste of money.

Make it impossible to replace broken bars. If you order 10 x bars, they expect you to try all of them within the first 2 days and report it as broken. Then they ask you to add the fact its broken to the next order (making you order more), then they never send it out, although reminded twice. Then they make it impossible to get a refund or replacement against previous messages of lies. They also state online items are in stock then contact you to change which flavour you choose. Best off shopping elsewhere if you're going to choose this company.

Currently in a battle with firevapes as the prime flavours sent are horrendous only last a few hours then burnt battery taste I've asked to return for refund but they have stated they are a seller not manufacturer but the website doesnt state this not impressed at all with them at all 0 ⭐'s if I could give it please be careful everyone not as they seem

I recently purchased the 3 vape bundle on the 12/12/23 (have ordered these may times before). However upon opening one of the vapes, after only one day the vape smelt and tasted burnt. I opened a second and the exact same thing. When I spoke to them via WhatsApp on 19/12/23 I was informed that I should have reported faulty items within 2 days... Who gets 3 vapes and opens them all, and smokes them all to make sure they are ok??? Shocking returns policy and they have lost a customer in me

Stated guaranteed delivery payed 8 GBP refuse to refund, very unprofessional have to go through merchant dispute with bank. Petty petty human.

Ordered some PRIME cherry watermelon vapes- got a whats app message to say they were out of stock and they would be sending skittles flavour. I told them no and to refund me.
This was on 30th November- still no refund so I’ve had to dispute the transaction with my card issuer.
Seems like they were taking orders
For prime vapes when they had none in stock!
UPDATE got a whats app on 7th December to say refund had been processed and would be back in 7-10 days, 5th February 2024 srill no sign of my refund!

First time ordering wasn’t sure because of some of the reviews but order come next day verry happy

Really excellent company. I have never really had an issue with this company, but recently I ordered a mixed flavours of the Crystal Prime and they sent me a full box of the skittles flavour. I love the skittles flavour so it wasn't such a massive issue for me, but of course I do prefer the mixed flavours so I can try different e-cigs. If they didn't have any of the mixed flavours in they had my number attached to the order they could have rang me and I would have told them a flavour I would have prefered. But this is some advice for next time. Apart from that this is an amazing company.

Customer service is absolutely terrible absolutely ignored when emailed or Whatsapp still not received my order

I recently ordered 3 10k puff crystal vapes they called me to change two of them and that’s fine but then I used one of them and after a day it started making cracking bubble noises and no taste even after I charged it I messaged them and they asked me to send pictures and videos I sent it a video and they wanted another one of me using it and then proof it’s the same vape so I did it again and again and again I sent them 6 videos and 3 pictures and it wasn’t good enough and they didn’t see any thing wrong with it absolutely awful customer service as they don’t bother to answer your messages they don’t want to have to issue a refund or a swap as they don’t wanna lose money I’m very frustrated with how they treated this problem I’ve been trying to contact them since Wednesday and still now they won’t answer my messages I won’t be shopping here again

Half of the vapes are leaking and won’t do nothing about it don’t order from this company

First order and paid an extra £10 to pick my own flavours however, this didn't happen and they sent flavours I hate. Emails were completely ignored. For these reasons I will never shop here again or recommend this business.

Placed first order all good so ordered another ten quick delivery also its a a*** from me thank you.
