Paediatric first aid at Yellow Ducks Nursery
James was brilliant in delivering the first aid course to my team at Yellow Ducks Nursery & Preschool. The team found the course engaging, informative, and easy to follow, and they all commented on how friendly and knowledgeable James is. He was also very flexible, rearranging the schedule to accommodate an earlier date when we needed it. We will definitely be asking James back for future courses. Thank you again for everything!

Life-Saving Excellence
This first aid course was absolutely outstanding. The instructor transformed complex medical procedures into easy-to-follow, practical skills through engaging hands-on practice and clear demonstrations.

The real way to learn
The trainer (Fernando Coelho) was excellent. He allowed us to have a greater first aid knowledge and the way he instructed us, we were able to retain the information to actually be a good first aider, rather than just passing the test.
