It was a bit of a process getting transporation set up which was frustrating but I finally got someone to assist me and she was great.

The bus driver was wonderful and we had a great experience and ride.

Didnt show up for my wedding to shuttle people from hotel to reception. Had to have other guests make a convoy to get all the guests. Charged my credit card but wouldnt answer ANY of the phone numbers provided. 0/10

We had two buses for a wedding for transport to/from the venue and hotel. The drivers were both GREAT. Professional, kind, and prompt! Great service all around!

The people on the other end of the phone are not very nice to work with. One woman in particular was especially nasty, however, the bus drivers we got were absolutely amazing. They kept communication open and were very friendly to all our costumers.

We hired Charter 1 for bus transportation at my daughters wedding. It was a snowy evening. The drivers were courteous and very capable drivers. This is our second time using Charter 1 and very happy we did.

We had 2 buses for our wedding day, one for each hotel we had rooms blocked at for guests. Each bus was supposed to show up at 3:45 pm to pick up guests from the 2 hotels. Both buses showed up at one hotel at 3:45 pm so all guests at the other hotel ended up figuring out rides on their own to get to the venue. One of the buses ended up backing into a parked car so all guests had to evacuate quickly and get onto the second bus to get to the venue in time for the ceremony.

Driver was patient, kind and punctual!!

First Charter Bus Rental was very easy to work with even when I had to reschedule my 2020 wedding to 2021. They were efficient and answered all of my questions. The driver the day of my event was Mrs. Washington and she was AMAZING. Our venue was a bit out there with some hard turns and then a steep gravel driveway, which I admittedly did not consider, but Mrs. Washington navigated it with ease. She kept everything on a schedule and made sure our transportation to and from our event was smooth! My guests all mentioned how enjoyable Mrs. Washington was. 5 Stars to the company as a whole and 5 stars to Mrs. Washington!

We had a last second decision to get a bus for our wedding and the driver Darnell was the absolute best. He deserves 10000 stars. Thanks fist charter and a special thanks to Darnell

I have been waiting for this company to call me back for over a week now; prior to my wedding I wanted this final payment to be put on a different credit card, and Matthew has yet to call me back. I put my name on the wait list to be called back over a week ago and no one has contacted me. I also found it difficult to navigate your phone system.
