Our driver was excellent…for our wedding shuttle. Arrived and departed on time, and actually made an additional run for guests who needed to get back to our hotel! Great service!!!! Highly recommend!!

Bus was chartered to take group of Life Long Learners from WCC to tour city of Batavia. Patient driver and good driver.

We contracted buses to transport attendees from remote parking to our annual festival and back at the end of the evening. Drivers were on-time, friendly and prepared to provide the service we expected. They made sure they spaced out between the buses so that nobody had to wait longer than 10 minutes or so for a ride. We received many compliments from patrons and will make this our standard.

The First Student office team were easy to work with in setting upt he charters and the drivers reached out the day of to confirm; were always on time and extremely professional. We will definintely continue to use their services.

Friendly, professional, and timely!

We used First Student to take our group to O'Hare Airport for a ski trip and then when we returned First Student picked us up to take us back to Batavia. Both drivers were very courteous and helpful. O'Hare does have construction so it was a little more challenging for the pickup from O'Hare. The driver was early for the pickup and continued to drive the circle drive until we waved down the bus. It would have been helpful if the driver could have parked the bus in a waiting area for a call from the trip leader.

Both drivers were early in arriving which was very nice to know they were ready to go! They were friendly, drove safe and got us where we needed to be.
