First Charter was amazing for our wedding transport! Our guests all got to the venue on time and back to their hotels safely! The drivers were so kind and great to work with!

Adding First Charter as a shuttle for our guests was one of the best last-minute wedding decisions we made! I’m so grateful for them. They gave the fairest price BY FAR after being deterred from so many quotes that were more than double the cost. Also, I never met our shuttle driver but I heard she was very nice and the timing was spot on for all departure and return trips! 10/10 would use them again.

Our driver was exceptional…willing to be flexible for our schedule and extremely friendly. One issue is that we requested a lift and it did not work properly (only for one lift). We would like for you to consider a partial refund because of this inconvenience.

We used First Charter as our wedding shuttle for our big day in St Joesph/Benton Harbor. The booking process and coordination ahead of the event was easy and professional. The driver on the day-of was accommodating and patient. Prices were absolutely fair!

Went as we hoped for our wedding guests

For the most part the experience was good. However, we asked the bus to wait for us for 10 mins as we were putting things in our car and the busses left without us.

We were the parents of the bride and paid for shuttle services and we missed the ride back to hotel.

Super nice, on time and clean!

We had a fantastic day. The bus driver was very kind and flexible. The only feedback I'd give is that I think it would be helpful for the drivers to have a GPS system. Charlene was using map quest print outs so we had to help her quite a bit with directions. It was not a big deal at all, but I think for safety purposes moving forward the drivers should have gps!

Our Driver Alexia was great! We all were impressed with her time management with the driving.

We used First Charter for a wedding. I was not in the bus but our guests said it was very comfortable and convenient. They said the driver Denise was very helpful and Jew the route well.
