The driver couldn’t find the super 8 motel and just ended up skipping it. Also had multiple complaints about “crazy” driving that was making people sick.

The driver was so wonderful! She was prompt, professional, helpful and an all around lovely human being.

The driver was so great, and gave a safe form of transportation to our wedding guests. We also booked only a week out and it they were so great on a tight timeline

Other than being a few minutes late Eric did a great job. The trip went fine and was handled professionally.

For the 2nd year in a row that we've rented, the storage bin door on the bottom of the bus came open on the highway. Thankfully only a backpack was ruined, but don't believe this should happen. Really wish they had a bus with AC especially when driving for 3 hours and it's 95 degrees out.

The person we worked with locally, Michelle, was fantastic. She knows her area and planned things out for our shuttle perfectly. My only complaint would be the fact that someone in California tries to do the contract for an area they don’t know at all. This resulted in a complete change in our contract once we worked with the local person.

The local dispatch and national customer service reps were both very helpful in getting our bus route set. Service the day of was phenomenal, and pricing was reasonable. I would recommend using this service for a wedding or party shuttle again.

They were very accommodating in scheduling. Buses were very clean. Drivers were on time and nice to be with. Made a small change in route without hesitation.

I believe that I ordered a bus that allowed drinking. I may be mistaken though. But when our buses arrived the drivers did not allow alcohol on the bus.
