My organization rented from this location two days in a row. Drivers were punctual, reliable, respectful, calm and careful drivers, a pleasure to talk to. Great customer service.
There were no hidden costs.
One side of the bus could only sit one adult. We would not have been able to seat everyone if all had shown up. Seating capacity should have more detailed disclosures.
Overall, a great experience. The high quality of your drivers and people made the difference from good to great.

Great bus driver

Joe G
Joe G. made our trip to the Elmwood Zoo super nice. He was earlier than expected. The bus was clean and ready for the trip. Joe with his fun personality made our preschoolers laugh, he made jokes, he even sang to the kids during the trip to make it more fun and interesting. Kids loved him. We will definitely schedule a trip with this company again and for sure requested Joe if he will be available.
