While one of the bus drivers was amazing and on time (Devin), the other 2 buses showed up 30 mins late and left me with a line of 75 people in the extreme heat during the first shift.

First Charter was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. Our wedding guests appreciated having bus service after a fun evening of drinking and dancing. We appreicated the great service and wouldn't hesitiate to use them again!!

The company communication with the local vendor was terrible. The bus driver got lost and require the assistance of one of the passengers to find the venue on the way to the wedding and on the way home drove all over the city trying to find the hotel.

The trip was nice, the driver was nice. However, our bus broke down and it took approximately 35 minutes before we were on our way. This happened on our return trip so we had a bus load of kiddos to entertain. The kids enjoyed it.

I had changed the itinerary for only one trip - and one of the buses had the wrong itinerary and did a second trip. Not a problem - but I was charged $50 to change the trip - and they never followed through.

Bus driver was very friendly and accommodating. Nice bus, and AC helped on a hot day.

We ran 4 routes for 5 days. 1 or more buses were late to their first stop on the route 3 of the 5 days. Drivers were not informed of specifics of our contract causing them to not follow said contract.

Unfortunately, due to weather we had to cancel our trip. The good news was customer service was incredible. We made the decision 24 hours in advance, and because it was due to weather they gave us a full refund and complete understanding. Very thankful!

We have been using First Student for several years. They have done a great job scheduling our trips and the drivers have been great too!

First, when initially booking my reservation, the female I talked to was super friendly and helpful.
Second, I had to call back 5 days prior, and talked to a gentleman. He, too, was very friendly and helpful. So, I will give your customer service, 12 out of 10!
And then, our bus driver!!! 15 out of 10! She was great (Shannon, I believe). She was friendly, accommodating, and very easy to work with. I can not thank this bus company for helping us have a great evening, at a reasonable price! If I need a bus rental in the future, I would definitely book thru you again. Thanks again for everything.
