Great experience
We really enjoyed the First Charter Experience. The bus was on time and our driver was excellent. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking to take a large group 25-35 to any event.

I didn't have to worry one bit
I didn't have to worry one bit. The bus was there right in front when we got out of service, dropped off in a timely manner, and the staff was friendly and helpful. That's all we needed!

Not the bus I paid for
I reserved and paid for a large conventional bus that seats 40 people with air conditioning (paid extra for air conditioning). What I got was bus that seats maximum 30 people (maybe) with NO air conditioning. The bus was very crowded and it was 90 degrees outside! I called several times and no one has returned my calls. I would like to receive some kind of refund for not getting what I ordered.
The only positive was the bus arrived on time and got us home on time.

Bus service is professional and on-time. Has been very flexible and accommodating during the COVID experience. Always someone to reach and quick with response time. Would recommend.

The service for Saturday
The service for Saturday, Oct 17th was great. I can not give it a full 5 star rating because the driver was a bit confused on where to let the students off. She drove pass the restaurant 3 times before letting them off the bus. Overall, I was pleased with the service.

Both drivers were exceptional
Both drivers were exceptional. Truly a blessing to our church. I am at a loss of words to describe how greatful I am to have done business with this company. From day one, speaking with Jessica to book the buses, and her following up and being so patient and kind to me. To the time that both bus drivers were so kind in helping. Again, beyond happy and recommend you 100000 times over and look forward to doing business with you in the near future. God Bless all of you, and thank you for your help in making this event successful and easy!
