My husband and I booked at least a month in advance to have a bus pick up approximately 40+ people on 10/13/2023. The week prior they took out the money and what not, however when the day and time came, no bus was to be seen. We called the 3 numbers listed and there was no answer from any of them, one not even in service. So not only did we not have a ride, we couldn't even contact them to see what was going on. That left us being locked out of our venue after waiting an hour and a half to figure out transportation for all of these out of state guests to get to their hotel safely. It took 72 hours for the bus company to get back to us, claiming that they thought the event was the 'following day' (being 10/14) however, if that is even the case, why didn't they call us that night wondering where we were? The whole situation was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, and we realized after that we are not the first to experience this with this company!
Basically- do NOT go through First Charter.

We had a great experience with First Charter Bus Rental. A few days before the event we received a call from Michelle, one of our bus drivers, to confirm all the details. She also met us onsite to ensure we had enough capacity and shuttles.

Additionally, we had to make several changes to our itinerary before the event, and First Charter cheerfully made the modifications.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They seemed eager to please and provide service.On time service and friendly drivers. I would have like a digital confirmation of my reservation beforehand.

Transportation was excellent. Judy was great. Our guests were so happy to not have to worry about getting to our event and getting home safe and sound. Thank you. The entire experience was so easy.
