Got lost on the way there and was 20 min late for the end of the wedding/pick up

The bus was very late to pick us up for our field trip. The driver needed directions to our venue. Driver was friendly.

I rented a bus for transporting wedding guest. A school was did the trick. I will recommend using First Student to anyone needing to move large groups of people around town.

We contacted First Student for our wedding shuttle and they were more than happy to help us out. They had the best pricing and customer service out of all the places we called. Then once the special day came, I was called by our driver for the day, Mary Z, and she was just the sweetest lady explaining and going over certain details so everyone was on the same page. She personally went above and beyond to make sure us and our guests were happy and got where we needed to go at any point.

Our experience was awesome! Will definitely use again.

First student was excellent for getting my guests to and from my daughter's wedding! They are easy to work with, on time and pleasant to deal with. Thanks for everything!

Bus got to the hotel for the shuttle 15 minutes late, causing our ceremony to start 30 minutes late, which we n turn wasted $400 of our money since we paid a photographer and they had to sit around doing nothing while waiting for the guests to arrive. No phone call or anything letting us know they would arrive 15 minutes late. When calling to confirm earlier in the week, the company said we would have access to the bus all night and it would make as many trips back to the hotel as needed. Come wedding day, driver refused to do more than one ride. One of my bridesmaids left her things on the bus during the ceremony and is now missing $100 from her purse. Extremely disappointed in the service that we paid for. Would not recommend.

Jose made our outing even better! He was so much fun and so patient with us! We went to a haunted asylum in Sheboygan Falls. He was very respectful and drove very safely! I cannot recommend him enough, if I ever have another outing and need a bus, I will definitely be asking for him as our driver!!!
