People on the phone were great with any changes I had to make and very efficient!

The confirmation process was a little stressful and not very friendly UNTIL we talked to Paige. I wish I got the first woman's name because she was awful. She started with every sentence with "no". Paige was kind, professional, accommodating.

The day-of was very smooth. My two drivers did a dry run of the pick up locations to make sure the event was smooth. My drivers were Mary, Esmeralada and Valerie.

Efficient and doubled back for our guests past the allotted time so he didn't miss anyone, amazing! Went above and beyond.

The bus was on time, clean, and the driver very friendly. Working with the First Charter office was easy and stress-free.

The service for our clients event was great on the wedding day. However leading up to the day it was very difficult to get in touch with first student to confirm things. They never answered the phone or called us back when requested. The main branch is most difficult to communicate with and there continued to be lack of communication up until 4 days before the wedding. The service can be improved in that area. On the wedding day it all worked out.

We had a great ride with Ronnie as he got us to and from wineries to celebrate a 40th birthday. He was professional, friendly, and even let us play our music on his Bluetooth speaker. I’d recommend!

Wonderful service! We had to call the bus back early to pick up guests and they were happy to oblige. My guests loved riding the school bus too!

We rented two buses for the entire night of our wedding - first charter was so helpful in creating the schedule, on time, safe, and so lovely to work with! Would definitely recommend for any of your bus (or wedding bus) needs!!

I'm giving 3 stars because the shuttle was on time for all of the night and got our guests to our wedding safely. First Student is losing 2 stars because at the end of the night, the final shuttle was supposed to depart at 12:30, well, either the driver left early or never can for the last trip, but about 35 of our wedding guests didn't have a ride home from the after party. I tried contacting every single number I was provided, including an emergency line to extend the service and no one answered. I was told multiple times that we could easily extend the service at the end of the night, we just needed to call, well we called, and no answer. To make matters worse, I left about 5 voicemails asking for someone to return my call, including for the manager and 1 week later, I have still not received a phone call back.
