Bus driver was late to the hotel, I was told they passed several times before even turning in. Then, the driver did not know how to get to the venue and had to pull over and figure out directions. Shouldn’t navigation be done in advance? Our wedding guests had to help the driver get to the venue, which caused us to start our ceremony late. Horrible experience. I will make sure to tell people not to book with this company.

I was very disappointed that FirstStudent didn’t honor our driver request for our daughter’s wedding. The name of the driver we requested is on every single copy of the contract. With all the changes due to 2 postponements due to the pandemic, at the very least, FirstStudent should have made sure that our request was granted. When I questioned our requested driver, she said she asked why she didn’t get our trip and was told her name wasn’t on it.

Utilized First Charter Bus for our wedding guests and everything ran very smooth, from the booking of the reservation to the shuttling of our guests. They beat out every other transportation vendor on price and were accommodating to our requests.

We loved working with this company for our wedding! The bus brought back so many memories, and our guests LOVED it! They were so accommodating and easy to work with, and even better they could accommodate a larger number of people.

First charter bus rental did an incredible job for our wedding. We used them as a shuttle service for our wedding. They were so helpful with guiding me through the process on how many trips to make and how long they were going to take. About 10 days before the actual driver, Charlie, even called me to review his trip and details. He had already driven the route and had suggestions for how he could make it better. Cannot thank them enough for making it easy for us and our guests. Highly recommend!

We hired a First Student bus for our wedding transportation instead of a limo because there's more room to spread out and socially distance (covid), plus I'm a teacher so it was cute. Our driver, Connie, was on time for every stop we needed her to make and very friendly. The bus was clean and comfortable, and ended up being a perfect backdrop for our wedding photos after the ceremony. I would definitely contract First Student again should another need for a bus arise.

The trip to the Cathedral went very well.
