Your reservations were courteous
Your reservations were courteous. The bus was clean and comfortable. The driver was pleasant. However, due to high traffic, we arrived late to our destination. Other groups going to the same facility had the same outcome from other bus companies. So, unfortunately,for unpreventable reasons beyond the control of your company, I wasn’t completely satisfied. I will say, your driver was so pleasant and felt badly for the late pickup. She didn’t want to accept a tip, but she was so sweet and patient with us, I felt comfortable and safe with her. Thank you for a safe trip.
