Excellent service. Great staff taking orders. Very good bus drivers and most importantly on time.

First Student is excellent … Walter our driver of choice is courteous professional and a skilled driver. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone is also very helpful and professional. The reason why a 4 and not a 5 is because our driver had a route before he picks us up which delays him from arriving on time for us. There is always traffic in NY so the extra time that it takes to complete another route before our trips becomes time that makes the bus late. This is not a reflection on the driver rather the scheduling. This would be the only negative I would have with this company.

I ordered the bus for 9:30AM and it did not arrive till 10:40AM. I understand that there was an accident with our initial bus, but I scheduled the bus to arrive early just in case there is traffic. Our tour was for 11AM and we missed out on the tour.

The bus was on time and very clean.

The driver was very courteous and tried to make the trip as pleasant as possible for us.

I used First Student as transportation for my wedding to and from the venue. Compared to other prices from a limo company for a shuttle bus the price can't be beat, however the bus driver did get lost on the way home and took twice as long to get to the hotel.

Everything was great! Couldn't have been better!

The buses worked out very well for our wedding and continued to do loops to get guests even after it appeared to be cleared out to ensure that everyone made it from the hotel to the reception and vice versa. The only comment that I received from guests is that they weren't told by the drivers that another bus was coming so people piled on a bit more than needed. If drivers could let guests know when a second bus is arriving or that they will be coming back shortly that would be very helpful. Overall great work and very good price. Would use again and recommend to others!
