Wonderful
They were wonderful. Did everything that was promised and then some. Our driver Joanna was absolutely so polite, accommodating, helpful and fun. Everyone just thought she was so nice. she assisted guests who couldn't stay for the entire event and took them back to the hotel and then came back. This was the first time I had ever used 1st Student and I would highly recommend. They were there on time, gave you a phone # I couldnt ask for more. I would use again for sure

The bus was 1.25 hours late
The bus was 1.25 hours late. Thankfully we called when we did because otherwise we would have been late for our planned company event. The driver was excellent, so no complaints about him. We were given a partial credit to make up for the late arrival.

Wedding
The bus drivers (Matt and the other bus driver) were wonderful. Very personable. The guests loved them. Thank you for a great experience. I highly recommend you guys. I also have a son getting married next year and I will be contacting you. Thank you.

Details not communicated
Our bus service was great except for the fact that the time/pick up sites were never communicated to our bus staff. I called twice, over a week in advance of our service, to change the pick up site (from Nashua Homewood Suites to Nashua Radisson) and time for transportation to our venue. Apparently, this was never communicated as our bus drivers went to the Homewood Suites, waited 15 minutes and then went to the Radisson where all our guests were. The 2 bus staff who dropped off our guests to the venue were extremely friendly and apologetic for the time/venue changes that were made.
