Bus driver was on time. She was very friendly and connected with everyone right away. She was very flexible with the schedule! I would recommend her over and over again!

At least for me and my husband it was veryyyy hard to get ahold of anyone in the company and when we finally did the first time they didnt tell us our request was denied. We sent a request to a different location and still no answer from anyone until we finally got ahold of someone there who actually cared and pushed them to answer (can’t remember her name but she was actually trying to help us) bc it was less then a month out from wedding at tht time and if we didnt have them say yes we were lost bc everything else was booked at tht point. We have two hours tht were payed for but the driver gave a hard time about taking two trips for ppl even tho our venue was only a 15-20 minute drive. We were told we wouldve been able to play music on the way back to the hotel but the driver didnt offer or ask us.

The bus showed up on time and did our drop offs and pick ups without any issues. Will recommend

Our Hands on activity with the Niles Michigan Crew that includes Tom and Rick has been nothing short of spectacular. If we have an issue, they are available at a moments notice to take care of any issues. First Student Bus Rental has Great People in all the right places. We gladly rent from them every summer, and will continue to do so.

They were so on top of it. I scheduled 2 busses for my wedding and never had to worry about a thing. They followed the schedule and the drivers were very friendly.

We worked with First Student provide shuttle transportation for guests at our daughter's wedding. They were helpful, flexible, creative. They helped us design the most efficient and economical way to transport over 100 guests to several different locations. The bus drivers were great to work with friendly.
