They were very prompt and everything went smoothly.

I worked with First Charter to set up transportation from my wedding to a couple
Hotels and bars. While the idea didn’t work out as I wished it had (everyone was too drunk already to go to the bar), First Charter still showed up to do their job and waited on standby to hear what they should do. I was very impressed with the low cost of this service and the quality it provided. Highly recommend for weddings and other events!

Our driver was suppose to make three round trips at our wedding, the last one leaving at 12am. He was rushing the 11pm shuttle, stating that was the last trip he was making back to the hotel, even though the contract said he wasn't done until 12:30am.

Our bus drivers were awesome. We had open commutation the whole trip!

Easy to book & great, timely driver.

We used First Charter for our daughter’s wedding to shuttle guests to/from their hotels to/from the venue. It was easy to book and the driver was courteous and friendly. The bus provided ample space for our guests.

The drive was great and the bus driver was so kind. She made the ride delightful for our students and parents.

- It took 4 days to talk to somebody after leaving messages for 4 days prior
- was told we 1st Student could not accommodate our hours, so we had to extend the fieldtrip due to not being able to have a bus/driver available. Then, after we re-worked the fieldtrip and notified parents/guardians of the changes, the bus driver told us he was staying in the area---

The bus driver showed up early and was ready when the children got on the bus. I did not go with the group but I was able to double check with the driver on the times for when they needed to be back on the bus. On the return trip, he got the group back on time.

I really appreciated that the busses were on time and were helpful in explaining to our staff how to safely seat the students. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that we should have students in groups of 3 especially since if we hadn't increased our reservation to 3 busses to be safe we would have not had enough seats for all of our students! When we made the reservation we were not informed of any seating or spacing requirements.

One of the drivers drove significantly faster than the other 2 and arrived at our destination at least 10 minutes sooner than the others. But it did not seem to be an issue on the way back.

Our driver was very flexible for our odd schedule and was great about keeping her mask on. Very good experience!

Bus was on time and gave good service. One of the drivers had a somewhat sour attitude, but everything was great besides that.
