Ups and downs
Bus driver was fantastic! On time and patient. The payment experience was difficult. I thought I was receiving an invoice but did not and was told on the phone I would pay when they arrived. Luckily, I had to call for another reason only to learn I was not scheduled because I had not paid. I was able to pay online right then but a few days before our trip received an invoice indicating they did not have my payment. What a sigh of relief when the bus pulled into the lot and I knew there had not been another mixup.

Driver Great but trip was so-so
Driver was great but trip was not perfect.
Bus arrived late for pickup, then when we went to return bus had brake issue so they had to call another bus. So arrival back at school was later than anticipated.

A no hassle experience
A no hassle experience. From booking, to confirmation, through our event, the process was simple. The driver arrived on time, was accommodating, friendly and professional. My only comment is that the driver didn't have any GPS, so when our plans had to change mid trip, we had to assist him with navigating.
