Great Experience
We only had a few days to find a bus before our event. Within two days First Charter managed to get it done! Our bus arrived on time and was in perfect condition. Our driver was amazing and went above and beyond to stay in communication with us. She made the whole experience unbelievably easy and stress free. Thanks!

Wedding shuttle
We loved the trolley shuttle. It’s absolutely perfect for a New Orleans wedding weekend! However, the driver went to the wrong location for the initial pick up… so was an hour and a half late picking up the bride and wedding party. They were trying to get to the wedding venue for pictures. The driver then didn’t realize he was suppose to make two more pick ups. Everything ended up working out… it was just strange, and stressful. Maybe his first time driving?

Great service for a last minute trip.
We had to book for a last minute trip. Things went well. The customer service was great, the booking was fast and the service with the bus was good too. The bus was on time and made our trip worth it. I gave 4 stars because we had to curtail our trip to make the timing for the bus.
