The bus driver was very nice and the trip was fine. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that the bus was 15 minutes late picking up the group. This has happened several times when we've used this service.

It was a little frustrating as the second bus was extremely late to pick up guests at their hotel which caused them to be late to the venue & in turn heals our ceremony up. Ultimately, it worked out but it was still frustrating that we scheduled the busses to leave their destination at 4:30 and the second bus didn’t arrive until 4:45pm.

First Charter saved the day! The bus driver was wonderful, accommodating, and timely. The bus was thankfully air conditioned and very clean…no complaints from the guests/ vendors being transported.
Our only disappointment was communication from the Providence dispatch location. We never received the drivers contact info and had no way to reach him at the offsite parking location. We had to send someone up to the parking area to get contact info so we could call the bus when guests were ready to leave.

All in all the ease of booking transportation and the driver’s professionalism made up for a minor inconvenience. We would definitely use this service again!

We’ve used the first student bus shuttle for transporting our youth to and from a weekend retreat three years now and have always been happy with their services. Three hours there and three hours back. We look forward to using their services again next year and believe we will continue to be using them for many years to come.

We were told when reserving that the bus would be "in use" for us for 5 hours. The pricing was based upon that. However, on the day of, when we wanted an earlier pickup time than originally agreed, due to rain, the bus driver said she had another gig to drive between our drop off and pick up/ How did that happen if we had booked the bus for the day?
