Charter Up was so easy to work with scheduling the busses for our daughter’s wedding which required a few scheduling changes as well. The busses arrived on time, clean. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experinece with First Charter Bus Rental - Pueblo. The driver was on-time, professional and communicated well with our group. I plan and host events all over the US, and don't always have relationships with the vendors I choose. We rented a charter bus from First Charter bus and honestly were no happy with our experience. The name of the company is misleading as the bus we rented for $1500+ was a yellow school bus with incredibly uncomfortable seats for our 4-hour round trip bus ride from Colorado Springs to Greeley. Also, although pleasant enough, our driver really did not know where she was going and kept referring to handwritten instructions, missing a critical turn that took us through a very industrial area between Denver and Greeley. Quite frankly, it is not worth the money spent.

The driver was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We chartered two buses from you guys drivers were on time super courteous and understanding when we were running behind schedule a little bit. I will definitely use you in the future too.

On Sunday June 6th, the buses were 15 minutes late, then on Wednesday June 9th, for our supposed to be 10:30 pickup, the buses arrived at 11:20 AM. Our drivers Russ and Bob were amazing. They explained they were not allowed to leave the bus yard until 9:30 AM on Wednesday June 9th. This was not their fault but their management in my opinion. We will be asking for them in the future of using your buses. They were top notch drivers and were very good with our kids.
