No answer and no driver's details provided
Not only did they take down the information incorrectly, but they never sent us the driver's details.
In addition, when we called the numbers provided to us on the contract no one answered.

Late, Lost and Reckless
General customer service to set everything up was very slow, however we opted to give the benefit of the doubt and book with First Charter. Unfortunately the bus arrived late to pick our group up, and then got lost on the 4 mile drive between the hotel and our wedding venue. It resulted in our wedding needing to be started 15 minutes late and some very stressful moments, including our guests sharing that the driver went over some curbs and around the same rotary several times. On the trip home, the driver was on the verge of going in the wrong direction again and then recklessly corrected the turn (with multiple cars honking at us). Considering we paid $850 for a total drive of less than 10 miles and the driver was not prepared with directions and was late, I have to provide only 1 star. Was highly disappointed.

JJ is an excellent driver and was so nice to our wedding guests
Excellent service we had JJ for the night before rehearsal dinner and wedding day. He was early both days and made multiple trips for us ensuring no guests were left behind at the venue.
Thank you JJ for being so trustworthy and making our night stress free!!!
Will definitely use First Charter again! :)

The bus driver was excellent
The bus driver was excellent! The only downside was that the bus arrived for the first pickup at school late (5 minutes after we were supposed to depart), so the field trip was slightly delayed.
