Everything went smoothly (compared to the other company who never replied to my estimate request). The bus arrived on time; Randy drove carefully through the blowing snow; was ready for our return; polite and courteous. Couldn't have asked for better.

Our driver was wonderful! Super happy and on time. Made 4 trips for people at the end of the night for our wedding. It worked out perfectly and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience! It was also very affordable.

We had a great time. The bus was on time picking up, driver was pleasant and accommodating, and all went well. We will definitely be using first charter again!

The online registration didn't get picked up and put on the schedule, and as a result the bus was 45 minutes late. That meant that we weren't able to get back in time to fully participate in closing activities. Otherwise the service and drivers were just fine.

We booked a bus to take our group a few places around town and then bring us back to campus, overall about an hour experience. The bus was 45 minutes late. By the time they arrived, we were almost scheduled be back on campus and moving with other activities for the day. The company was very unapologetic and offered no explanation for why the bus was not on time. It made us as an organization look very bad during an event where we're trying to recruit participants and sell our organization. We will not be using this company again.

We had to have 3 buses due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The buses were all on time and very clean. All the drivers were helpful and courteous.
We appreciated that each bus had markings on the seats to indicate how many persons per seat, staggering every other seat with 1-2 passengers. This helped our guests to adhere to the social distancing in place and made everyone feel a little more at ease. At the end of the event the buses were there and ready to take us back safely. Thank you! We will definitely keep First Student Charters in mind for future events.

The company is very reliable, the driver still showed up to shuttle people to their hotels from our reception during a blizzard. They kept in contact with me and took the time to call and ask if I had any questions prior to our wedding date.
