Our driver was kind, patient and on time! He was gracious and understanding of our requests and any adjustments we had for our itinerary.

Andrew was extremely helpful with sending us the document we required to book the bus. Thank you. The bus drivers were on time to the school and very helpful loading everything we needed to take. All teachers and parents came back from the trip and shared how wonderful the bus drivers were-both og them!! Please let them know how much we appreciated all they did for us.

While we understand the importance of safety, the driver could have toned down his safety message to the kids.....
On the positive side, the driver got them to camp and back again safely!

Lupe and Bertha have been beyond helpful with check-in's and confirmations of trips. They have worked with last minute scheduling and changes to scheduled trips. Drivers have been on time, friendly, and great for our campers. This has been the best summer working with First Student in my time working with the organization.

Our bus driver was great! She arrived on time for pick up from our community center and showed up early for pick up from Sharks Ice. The bus was clean and we hope to see her again soon for another field trip!

i have already filed a complaint! We need a refund due to the HORRIBLE bus service (the bus driver) we received. So I filed a detailed complaint with First Student yesterday (same day as our field trip). This was the first time we have had this problem with First Student, and we have used your company for decades!

The one thing our school does not really like from 1st Student ... you all will quote us....then you search if a bus is available. Teachers say this is backwards ... you should see if bus is available along with the quote. They get their hopes up, only to be told No bus available.

Everything went really smoothly, buses arrived early and came back on time.

Wow! What an absolute poop show. The first two buses showed up on time to take runners to the event. However, you need a bus to get runners back to their cars. The bus driver for the last the last bus made one trip to the park at 1:16pm between the 1030 and 230 window we hired the driver with bus. This one HUGE mistake completely messed up our event.

I would like a refund for the last bus.
