Absolutely Horrible! I scheduled 3 trips for one day. The bus was over 20 minutes late for the first pick up. Never showed up for the second pick up leaving us scrambling for rides for guests of our event. Third bus was also late and we were still left with guests needing rides. Received 2 numbers to use the day of the event which no one ever responded to after many calls and voicemails. Will never recommend this company.

Making the reservation was easy. Each time I called to make a change the call center was very professional and courteous. The day of the event, our driver was prompt and kept to the scheduled pick ups and drop offs. Excellent service!

First Charter Experience

The First Charter team was very responsive and helpful even when we had changes in stops and quantity of buses. They frequently checked in on our order and a couple weeks before our event and ensured everything went smoothly. Communication was clear and helpful. Overall they were wonderful!

Our group was traveling with 17 teenagers to Puerto Rico during a snowstorm... our flights were delayed multiple times and the driver was on time and ready to pick us up at much later than we expected. The person who helped us on the day of, Anthony was so helpful and attentive to our timing changes.

Both bus drivers were very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely use First Charter again.

We booked First Charter Bus for our wedding. The ride to and from our wedding was fine. But we ran into a HUGE issue when it came time to be picked up at our after party at 11:30PM. The after party was located in the same building, but around back. No bus was at the after party location at the scheduled 11:30PM pick up time, so I called the dispatch number and they located the bus and told the driver to go to the after party location. The bus still never came. I then called dispatch again and got the drivers number. When I called the driver, I had to explain to him where he was going. I hung up and he still didn't come. Dispatch called me back and I repeated to her that the driver still hadn't come to the second location, even after I explained to him that he just had to drive around the back of the building and he would've seen a crowd of us waiting. I called the bus driver again and FINALLY he drove around back. I spent 30 minutes of MY wedding night on the phone trying to get the bus driver to come to the correct location. These addresses were clearly noted in our itinerary and not only that, but I clearly explained on the phone that the driver just needed to drive around the back of the building and he would see us and it STILL took him multiple phone calls and attempts to explain that. There seemed to be a language barrier, which may have caused the disconnect, but either way, we were at the address notated in our itinerary and our bus was not. I would've rather spent the remaining moments of my wedding day with my family and friends instead of on the phone with the bus driver and dispatch. I'm extremely disappointed in the service.

Bus was newer and Clean. Driver left a little early and left some of our guests behind but we were able to get him to turn around and pick up the rest. Worked out well in the end.

Second year we've used First Charter and another great ride! Driver was on time (early actually) and the bus was very clean. Rented for a neighborhood group for a drive thru Christmas light show and the driver was very patient with all the noise and commotion and even made sure the kids all went straight to the sidewalk when we made a pit stop. Will use again and again!

Every time you call you never get the same person twice.

I tried to curtail a trip to do the company / bus driver a solid by letting them know the night wouldn’t go as long as planned and they charged me a “late modification fee” for $50 more even though i paid nearly $2k for two busses.

Had some difficulty booking, but the buses were clean and on time.

The driver was great! We used the bus for a shuttle for our wedding reception, it worked out great!
