Great experiences with First Charter Bus Rental. We have used them for trips before, always good prices and good drivers! Our last trip was to an Akron Rubber Ducks game... driver was on time, got us there through Akron rush hour traffic, and communicated well for our return pickup.

Our bus was on time to our pick up location. The bus driver was conversational, friendly, and made safety a priority! I could not be more pleased with the service we received.

We took our first trip of the summer using First Charter Bus Rental last Friday. It was a very nice bus, super clean, and the driver was very nice as well. He had like Mapquest kind of written directions to our location that took us a very strange way to get there. I finally just started giving him directions when he turned the wrong way after a very long unnecessary drive down the freeway and through a bunch of back roads. It was not his fault at all, and he was very receptive for the help.

At first it was hard to get communication going, and I had to call to get a response about booking a trip, but once I got someone on the phone the process was swift and smooth. The driver showed up early, was ready to go and despite having a lot of storm damage was able to get us where we needed to go and back on time. We appreciate it!

Everything was good but little costly

Our bus driver Angie was a pleasure to work with. She navigated us promptly and safely though downtown Cleveland. She was cheerful and and kind to the staff and students.

Used First Charter to transport our guests for our wedding. It was easy to book and guests told me the trips back and forth were enjoyable. The only negative feedback we received was that the bus drivers didn’t have directions to the venue and back so guests were providing turn by turn directions. At the end of the night, the driver got lost on his last trip bc he did not have a smart phone with directions so he was about 45 minutes late to pick us up. It ended up working out well in the end bc we still got to our destination but he didn’t answer the phone when we were trying to figure out where he was and panicking making a backup plan. I’d recommend First Charter again but I believe the bus drivers should be provided more adequate means for directions in either a smart phone or GPS
