Our bus driver Karen was awesome! 10/10 she was a great driver

Driver was on time, and very nice.

Valerie did a great job! She was very patient and professional. There was an accident and we had to re-route. Bus was on time/clean. Only suggestions - we did not have a bluetooth speaker and there was no speaker on the bus, so we couldn't listen to music. Kind-of a bummer. Maybe if we would have been alerted up front, we could have brought one along. Also, no place to charge our phones. That would have been nice too.

Our driver Mona was fantastic! The bus arrived on time and she was so sweet and very patient with our group.

The bus was on time and the driver was easy to work with as we got organized to ride the bus

The bus did not show up at the time requested. We could not get a hold of anyone until 30 minutes after we were supposed to have the bus. After finally getting a hold of someone, they told us that our bus had been canceled even though I did not cancel it. They ended up sending a bus 1 hour after. We were late for our event.

They were timely and kind. Safe environment and great transportation for the kids.

Contract included both a pickup and return trip for my wedding guests - which I paid in full. They did not show up for the pickup time and did not answer their “emergency” phone number. Made a wedding day a little more stressful than it had to be. Although, the 2nd bus did show up for the return trip. NOT reliable.

This was the best experience that I have had with you. I've used you in previous years, and drivers haven't picked up on time on the weekends. But this time, the drivers were professional, safe and great. The only thing keeping you from a 5 star this time was that our Sunday driver showed up 15 minutes late, and no one returned my phone call from the "after hours" number.

The bus was 20 minutes late. This trip was 45 minutes away and very time sensitive. We missed 20 minutes of our 2 hour class. The bus driver was amazing. She was very kind and responsible. We have another trip this Friday and I really hope the bus is on time.

Arrived on time and everything went smoothly. Excellent transportation for our group of 150!
