They were amazing! Our flight got canceled and moved to another airport the morning before. They adjusted the order to pick us up 45 minutes away, with barely any upcharge, and were SO great. I cannot appreciate how they saved this 67 student field trip more!

First Trip of the School Year for PACM
It was our school's first field trip of the year and we were stressed out because the bus was 35 minutes late! (I'm pretty sure it's not the driver or traffic)
I had to call two different dispatches and the main number to get our bus. We were late to our event. The principal was quite upset.
The rest of the trip was good. The bus driver was nice and friendly. Good safe trip.

The bus and the driver were great
The bus and the driver were great. 5 stars. The difficulty of making a reservation, waiting on hold, waiting for call backs, waiting for someone to get back to us "soon" was ridiculous.

We had a great experience with First Charter Bus. They were on time with excellent services. The bus drivers were so nice. We will be booking again for our future fieldtrips.- Sunflower Preschool.
