The entire charter experience was great. Helpful people when setting it up, answered questions as the date approached and seamless the day of the charter. Sue, our driver, was a pro and patient with departing wedding guests late at night. Well done and thank you!

The last bus was left behind at the venue leaving some of our guests without a ride back to our destination. We are not sure what happened but luckily our hotel was able to take us where we needed to go. No customer service at time of night.

We had a great experience for our wedding bringing our guests to and from hotel to venue. The driver was professional and friendly!

We used First Charter Bus for our wedding. Getting the quote was the easy part. However, when we needed to make changes to our invoice, it was very difficult to reach anyone at the contact center. Called for weeks and the one time I got a call back I couldn't hear the person on the other end and they left a voice message asking me to call them back, which I did but continued not to connect with a person that could help me. I didn't know what the final amount was until it was the day before my rehearsal dinner and the rep was calling to collect payment. The final amount the rep told me it would be was 2x what I was initially quoted. In the end, we paid our original amount. However, the customer service experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The great news is our buses showed up on time and the drop-offs were seamless.

Great service from first to last — the reservationist was friendly and knowledgeable, the information was clear and professional and the driver was on-time, polite and accommodating. Highly recommended

Excellent Service! Guests were provided safe transportation which was top of mind for us. Scheduling was easy and the team was so helpful to provide their suggestions and expertise. Drivers updated us when necessary, but didnt overwhelm us with phone calls on our wedding day.

Our First Charter Bus Rental was perfect from start to finish. I first called about a month before the event and Steve was instrumental in getting us started with great questions and exact details. The contract arrived shortly thereafter with everything spelled out. On the night of our Rehearsal Dinner the driver (Becky) arrived with a smile and a can-do attitude which is not always the case given Saturday-night traffic in downtown Newport. Terrific teamwork! It was a pleasure working with this company.

Submitted my quote online. Completed the booking on the phone. Paid in full 5 days before the event …. And the bus never came. To transport us to and from our wedding. Was literally the only bump in our day 🤷🏻‍♀️

Drivers were excellent and professional. Was tough to get a hold of someone to book the trip with automated system (mainly if you wanted to stay on the line until the next operator could get to you because I would be disconnected after 10 min), but once we contacted someone they were great.

The fact they even showed up was surprising.
After countless phone calls with them, they were still confused on where to go to pick up guests.
They showed up at the hotel, left without any guests and had to go back to pick them up, causing our wedding to be a little late.
Just very frustrating as all directions on what to do, where to go, who to contact with issues, was all on my contract with them.
Would never recommend using them.
