Everything was amazing and a true lifesaver

As always we had a wonderful experience! They are always on time and sometimes even early! The drivers are friendly and professional and always happy to help.

In short, I absolutely recommend and we will definitely be using them for our school trips again in the future!

The busses were an hour late. We called when they were supposed to arrive and were told then that they would be there in 20 minutes. They finally arrived an hour after our planned departure time. Then on the return trip the busses were supposed to arrive at 10:00 for a 10:30 departure. One bus was there on time while the other arrived at 10:30.

The driver made the experience the best, he was friendly and knew where exactly to go.

At first I talked to a person who didn’t understand my reservation. She got it all wrong. I called and got someone much more competent the second time. I called several further times to ensure they would have the 6 bus drivers reach out to the directors they were picking up. They didn’t - they called me which didn’t help at all. I had to stop and reach out to the directors myself and help them locate each other. I tried. It worked out -but I wish they would read the instructions and details of the charters.

Our bus driver, Cliff was fantastic! Professional and communicated with us on numerous occasions about Pick up and Drop off times. The office staff were helpful with all our questions. We have been using them for over 10 years.

First Student showed up two hours late for a school field trip. Really ruined the day.

Buses were on time and I loved that they stayed at the event, but they weren’t ready to leave when we were. Also my bus contact that was there at the beginning wasn’t there at the end. The rain was also a problem (which I know is out of everyone’s control) but they wouldn’t get in line which we needed them to do to account for everyone. Overall great though
