I called with a query about my policy. It turned out to require some analysis and digging. Caroline did all of this after our call, over and above what I expected. She called me back the next day with an updated perspective and helpful answers. It was an excellent example of great customer responsiveness. Thank you.

Rebecca was very helpful
Was looking for car insurance quotes and Rebecca was very helpful in getting me a price estimate. She even took time to look for better price estimate rather than the one shown on her system. If all goes well will go ahead with purchasing the car insurance with them.

I have been a customer of first Ireland for a number of years and have always been highly satisfied. I renewed my insurance recently and I was blown away by the guy Robert McGuinness who looked after me. He was the most pleasant, helpful and competent person.
