What made my experience great was the helpful staff and the dedication to help their customers.

Being able to talk to someone directly (Dean Campbell) who was patient, proficient and accommodating with my inquiries. Although I received quotes from other companies that were lower than First Ireland, these were based on on-line interactions/payments, which I'm not a big fan of when changing over insurance (questions don't get answered). Therefore, I was happy to spend a little more to get the exceptional customer service that I received.

Rebecca was amazing! She took her time explaining everything to me and was super patient while going through the quote. She made sure I understood everything and even helped me get set up as the first driver on my insurance. Really appreciate how friendly and helpful she was — made the whole process so much easier!

Recently renewed my insurance after a gap in cover. I was looked after by Ajit. Ajit was very knowledgable and polite and made the process very easy for me, even accommodating a call back for my convenience. I really do recommend first Ireland, I have been with them for years and never had an issue. Their customer service is fantastic and that’s what keeps me with them as well as their competitive prices.
