among the best
Started using it quite recently, but so far everything has been working great. Having experience with several different affiliate platforms, I can confidently say this one is definitely among the best. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, customization options are easy to use, and the customer support team is exceptionally friendly and responsive.

Prince was unreal. Technical problems like webhooks and JSON bodies are a tough one to handle for some folks, but Prince got back to me quickly, took the time to understand the workflow and got my problem solved!

I was having some trouble getting referrals to track
I was having some trouble linking the right stripe account and getting tracking to show up for promoters, but they hung in there with me and trouble shot the issue until we figured it out!

A great affiliate tracking tool
We’ve been using FirstPromoter for our SaaS affiliate program and it’s been easy to work with from the start. The Stripe integration was simple to set up, recurring commissions run smoothly, and the dashboard is clear for affiliates. Pricing feels fair compared to other tools we looked at, and support has been very helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, it’s been a great fit for our needs.
